3g seats in a 2g

so i have a friend who wrecked her 3g eclipse. she has given me fair game to anything off of it. all im really looking at is the wheels and seats. i know the wheels fit as i have the same ones on my car already. im curious if the seats are a direct bolt up or is there alot of fabrication involved? Anything else from a 3g i could use?
