1G 3g rims on a 1g

Hello guys I have been researching this for a couple days now and finally I became frustrated. I have an opportunity to buy a set of 3g rims they are stock 17x6.5 46mm off set. I have seen one pic of a guy that has them on his 1g but when I use the wheel calculator it says the off set is too high. My question is what is needed to make them fit?

I bought a set of these from a 3g, and they do fit on my 1g with the stock brakes and all, but on the downside they won't clear my evo brake calipers that I intended to swap in.

Yes those are the rims any clearance issues I should be aware of what size tires did you have on them?

There were no issues, keep in mind I only put 1 rim on the front driver side tire, but it did seem to clear everything, my 1g is not lowered or anything, it has the stock suspension, stock single piston brakes, but I'm sure they would likely clear the 2 piston calipers, and the tire size was 215/50R17.

My father had 3g rims on his 1g with no issues at all. He did have the different styled rim but that shouldn't matter as it still came off a 3g.

I was running 17x7 ADR Kasai rims on my 1G. 215/45/17 tires. It was sitting on KYB AGXs and Tein S-Tech springs. Front brakes were upgraded to 2piston 3000gt calipers.

I had no issues

Well I picked them up I need to sandem down and paint them but they do fit with eibach sportlines and kyb agx shocks no problems. Thanks for all the help! Man unwound your car looks really clean with the tein s tech"s I kinda wish I went with those instead I have a bit more gap then yours.

They will fit your car no problems. Lots of 1g guys run those wheels.
