Just picked up a 3052 for my motor, I already have the oil feed and drain lines set up and I was wondering how I could also set up the coolant lines with -AN fittings and braided line as well. I know they make banjo fittings that turn into -AN.

Anyone know what size line would be best and if a 1g turbo water pipe would be alright to use?

This is what I'm doing with my GT3582R. Picked up a set of 14mm x 1.5 fittings for the CHRA, a -6AN steel weld bung for the waterpipe (return) and a -6 AL weld bung to put in place of the ThermoValve in the thermostat housing (feed).

Nice thing about this is you can route the lines the way you want :dsm:

Exactly, I know I could sue the stock lines but I seem to have a problem getting them to line back up when I go to install them. Also I have spent enough money on everything else, I think I can spend some extra for these lines.

Those pics are basically what I'm wanting to do, Thanks for the parts list DSM90AWD, I'll have to check em out.

The water pipe is a 16mm x 1.5 hole, and I drilled and tapped my thermostat housing for, if I remeber correctly, 1/4" NPT.

I used the stock lines with my 3065, they work fine, but the one that connects to the back of the turbo/thermostat housing needs a little bending.
