3" or 3.5" intake?

Forgive me if these sound stupid but I need advice.

I'm going to installed 3" GMAF/GMAFT in blow thru setup soon, but I need to choose either 3" or 3.5" dejon intake pipe ... which one will be the best with FP Green? is there any side effect using 3.5" intake pipe?

im not expert but if a 3.5 will fit id use that, more airflow

I'd say just go with 3". The inlet of that turbo is 3", so 3" would work fine. If you really want something bigger, then I'd go with 4" over 3.5". That way if you end up with one of the many 4" inlet turbos floating around, you won't need to repurchase another intake.

What do you use to mate the 4" pipe to the stock 14b? A silicon coupler?

yes, just a rubber coupler will do. The intake isn't seeing high PSI like the intercooler piping does. All you need is a simple rubber coupler from Home Depot.

I forget to mention that I need the intake pipe to put the Air Filter all the way to the fender like dejon CIP-1gNx which is not coming in 4" size

Is there any 4" intake pipe puts the Air Filter all the way to the fender

It looks nice, but I think it is SHORT and will NOT put the Air Filter all the way to the fender

I buy the dejon CIP-1gNx 3.5" intake.
