I know that there is alot of threads, but I have done almost everything that is recommended. I ended up breaking a shift fork because of it. Dropped trans replaced worn/broke parts listed below:

Magnus billet steel shift fork 1-2
OEM 2nd gear synchro and bearing (did not changed the race my looked fine)
OEM pivot ball
OEM TOB
Fresh Redline MT-90
New XTD stage 4 and chromoly flywheel
I have roughly 350-400 whp
I have adjusted my pedal numerous time from floor to seat
I have skateboard bushings for shifter bushings
Even put fresh Valvoline DOT 3 into master reservoir.
Not to mention 54k on the car.

I am thinking that the Redline MT-90 is the problem. Does anyone else have problems with this fluid.

WTF Why am I grinding?

I have never had a problem with mt-90.

Your problem could be in:
1. Bleed your clutch
2. Clutch master cylinder
3. slave cylinder
4. clutch fork wasnt shimmed correctly
5. Pedal not adjusted right, when engagement is 'too' close to the floor, you may get a grind from 1st to 2nd because you can pull the shifter faster than your foot can take the clutch pedal to the floor.

I had that problem too, but i jsut got OEM tob, new slave, new master, steel braided lines, shimmed Fork correctly, clutch pedal adjsuted to 2inches off floor, B&M short throw, billet solid shifter bushings, billet solid shifter mount bushings. Its clean, notchless shifting now;

I have made the adjustments to the pedal it is currently like 3.5 inches off the floor because I started at the floor. That did not solve it, but I am waiting on a slave cylinder. They are on backorder at DSMgraveyard. Then, I will bleed. Why exactly do you have to shim the shift fork exactly. I did also change the pivot ball and tob to oem forgot to add that to the list.
