2G 2GB Talon wing to replace 3 piece low rise Eclipse wing?

hey everyone i have a question..i thought about going wingless on my car since im tired of my 3 piece wing, but instead i think im going to go for the high rise Talon wing...now for my question..ofcourse im going to have tons of holes to fix but what im wondering is about the 3rd brake light hole on eclipses with the low rise wing. will the high rise talon wing bolt right into the 3rd brake light hole of the low rise?? i cant tell from pics but it looks as if the 3rd brake light holes are in the same location. anyone?

Good luck thats alot of work to just change a spoiler....be ready to weld,grind,fill and paint the holes in the trunk unless you do it all ghetto like.....Id just leave it cause we've got a wrecked turbo gs with the big wing and it doesnt match the rest of the trim on the car and none of the holes matched up with the low pro spoiler....Ill take some pics of it and post them on here to show you when im around the car again.

if you think about it, your car has the two outer "end-wing peices" attached to the quarter panels. so to put any high rise on your car, you must also do alot of work to fill the holes on the quarters. this is because the high rise wing mounts only to the trunk lid, as the 3 peice wing goes onto the quarters also. about the hole for the 3rd brakelight, i dont know about the talon wing, but the h.r eclipse wing does not have the 3rd brakelight on it. it would be located inside the car, up against the rear glass.
to sum it all up, if you do not know how to do bodywork, then i would say not to bother.

I did I just had to weld the holes grind the holes bondo the grinder marks then you need to repaint. Mine is just ghetto spray painted. I just am going to save a repaint the whole car.

yeah i know id have to get it removed, welded grinded, filled and repainted which is something id be willing to do..and about the GS comment. you talking about the Talon high rise wing not matching the body lines of the eclipse? theres actually a couple of cars ive found on here that are eclipses or talons with full 2gb conversions that have the high rise Talon wing including one thats the exact color of my car and they look amazing! And not being rude or anything but in my opening thread post ive said i know i have tons of holes to fix and im willing to have the work done to have that talon wing..i might just have the shop do the welding and other work and just paint myself and yeah i know the eclipse turbo has the 3rd brake light on the inside of the car but the talons have them on the wings and from looking at pics it looks like they bolt in right where the bolt of the 3 piece low rise wing does.

anyone maybe have an eclipse with the low rise wing and a talon with a high rise wing or a buddy that has either that can maybe help me with this topic please?
