Well finally got around to trying to replace the 2g AWD AC tensioner pulley bearing. I refused to pay the stealership 100+ dollars for a pulley. I was able to push out the old bearing and the replacement that I found was National Bearing 203-FF. I paid $8 bucks for it. I used a bench vise and was able to push the new bearing in.

Just figured id put that out there for folks.

Looks like I'm doing this soon. For anybody looking 2g is 6203 and 1g is 6301. The dimensions are different. I couldn't tell you what the other numbers mean without a little research. I just choose an NSK sealed bearing and run with it. I do typically open it up and make sure it has enough grease. It's been my experience off the shelf bearings have very little in them. For what it's worth internet suggests 25 to 35% fill. I've had some that had nearly nothing. I do not pack them full.
