i have a set of 2g piston rings and i was wondering if I can throw them on my 1g pistons? I bought them because I have 2g pistons and was wanting to do the swap but instead i think im gonna go with the 1g setups still but I still need rings....Can I put the 2g rings on the 1g piston? They are the same size(STD)

putting 2g pistons in a 1g raises the compression from 7.8:1 to 8.5:1, but in order to do this you have to machine the wrist pin hole on the rod 1mm to accept the 22mm wrist pin on the 2g pistons.
