What are people doing about old rusted hangers? Companies like full blown do not off the level switch or the driver side cover.

No one has a replacement that I can find.
I have a 95 gsx that’s sat since 2015.
Both units are in bad shape.

Has anyone made custom units that functions properly?

I used a hanger from a 8G Galant and a 2000ish Honda Accord when I did my awd swap. I got the pump wired in and the Venturi valve working like factory. Although I was unable to get the fuel float to work properly so I installed an aftermarket fuel gauge

For the most part, used in good/fair condition is your only hope aside from something like a Fullblown double pumper hanger.

Thank god I found a set an hour from me that was in great shape!!

I spoke to a few guys because I’m restoring a 95 gsx. Trim pieces and these fuel pump hangers are very had to find.

If something happens to these hanger in the next 5 years I may not be so lucky!

how well did your after market fuel level unit work?

The way I have it installed is pretty much as accurate before did my swap. I was getting like 200-220 on a full tank of e85 and around 250-270 on 93/94. This is based off my trip meter but it’s been pretty consistent
