2G GST/GSX Engine mods, not meaning bolt on's

So there's tons of threads on builds, engine bolt on's, and engine mods.
But when I wear engine mods I'm not finding what I want. I'm looking to learn about engine mods like taking some material out of the head and stud hole where the oil comes through to the head. ( sorry for the generic description )

Since I don't know what the other mods are, I can't really search for them. Any and all hp is appreciated.
