I wasnt even considering getting a drop, but i recently found what i belive is a good deal on a spring/strut setup, so i had some q's to get out of the way. The setup is tokico adjustable shocks with sportline springs 300 for everything and it has about 7 to 8k on it. 1, is it alright to buy a used setup? is there anything i should look for specifically when go to inspect the setup? 2. is this a dependable setup? are there other sping/strut setups you would recomend for a fairly decent price? the only thing to consider for me is, that Im a college student and make pretty frequent 5 hour drives, so i need something with comfort.

thanks alot.

Sportlines are too low for Tokikos. But for $300, you can keep the shocks and swap the springs for ProKits and be fine. The thing to check on the shocks is whether they all compress smoothly and rebound slowly. I'd still only offer $250.

Haggling him, good idea :thumb:
My other conisderation is the nex coilover system, since its almost in the same range? would you guys recomend that setup over this?
also would the tociko's/spring combo require a camber kit for the front and rear, or is it not severe of a drop to effect it.
