hello,

we have done research and did as advised here:
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-miscellaneous/57412-fix-2g-window-rattle.html

it fixed passenger side window, but driver side still rattles, though much less. there's obvious gap between upper door window seals/felt pad and the glass, IMHO this permits window to rattle.
so, my question is: has someone come up with a way of adjusting those seals/pads? gap is quite significant, easy quarter inch if not more. short of replacing them with new ones, how else can it be PRACTICALLY done? i tried laying a piece of wire into a channel in the outside weather seal, but it comes out after few window ups and downs. works though.
any suggestions will be appreciated, it's summer, windows are down, rattle is UP.
thank you.

Mine was rattling like crazy as well. Those felt things have adjusters on them, see picture below. When mine was rattling, however, it was not those felt things, it was the front part of the glass that attaches to the rail nearest the engine bay. I just squeezed the piece that slides on there to close the gap.
