I was having trouble getting the transmission into gear so I replaced the master cylinder with a brand new oem one. 3 days later the pos goes out so I bought a rebuild kit for my old one and that one lasted a whole 2 days. I have an ACT2600 with the extended slave rod and new slave at clutch install with about 3500mi on each. The transmission works great and shifts all the way up to 8k no problem until it just falls to the floor and stays there after the 3 or 2 days it had been installed. Help me out guys. Thanks.

Do you lose any fluid after 2 or 3 days of the car sitting? You might have a leak somewhere. I would lift the boot up from the slave cylinder to see if you have any fluid going pass the seals on the slave cylinder piston. Check the tech articles on how to properly bleed the clutch, you may have air in the system somewhere as well if the pressure is dropping. Hope that helps.

did you possibly install the extender rod backward?
did the extended rod have a grove in it for the slave cylinder boot to rest?
Check for small leaks.

It could somehow be sucking in air from one of the lines. Do you have stock lines or stainless line?

It could also have to do with the extended rod, that puts extra stress on the Master.
