Well today I was going to hook up my afc and when I wanted to do a log the car gave me a hard time starting. Got it running went for another log 15 mins later and the car wouldnt turn over. We did some trouble shooting and sure enough the pump wasnt pumping fuel, cause we unhooked the fuel line and tried to turn it over and zip no gas. Can a FP go that quick? It is though 4 years old.

I think my 255 is on its way out. My crank times are getting longer, I have vapor lock problems on very hot starts, and idle fuel pressures aren't always consistant.

How long do these things normally last? Mine is also about 4 years old.

Yes, but I would be more inclined to think that it's something the "we" did.

I'm suspicious that you blew a major fuse or fusable link if you have a no crank condition. You need to use a test light and or a digital volt ohm meter, do some basics then report your findings.

The more relative info you include the better your chances of getting proper answers. If you are going to play at DIY you need a manual and tools for diagnostics.

Cheers,
GTM

after only 15 minutes no turn over? odd.... Was there a click even or just nothing? Check fuses as said, and battery.

It had been somewhat hesitant to start a couple times. I also think this was causing the bucking and 31 sensor. Not enough fuel. No issues with fuses, checked the major ones. The batery is new. I have the stocker from my GSX that Im going to try, cause when testing I could hear the fuel pump turn on when I crank it over its not spiting fuel, spark plugs are dry as a bone, also like I said we unhooked the fuel line to the driver side rail and also the passenger side tried to crank over and there was no gas coming out at all.
