22 psi mistake

So, the guy that I had purchased my 90 gst from had been diving the car @ 22psi for a month on stock everything!!! As soon as i got the car I set it @ 12psi and a week later the turbo craped out. sense then, I have replaced the turbo, the cracked manifold, got new o2 housing while i was at it, the fuel pump, and all supporting gaskets and bolts.
the engine was rebuilt 50,000 miles ago. Is there anything else that I should expect to be replacing soon, or that I should replace just in case?

22 psi and no fuel cut? strange..

do a compression test, (and a leak down test accordingly) and check your base timing out..

depending on ur results go from there..
