ECMlink 1st thru 3rd pull with knock... HELP!!!

Ok well i did a 1st thru 3rd pull up to about 95mph, for some odd reason im getting hella knock. my car was tuned for 30 psi of boost on 91 octane so i can see why im getting some knock. But on this pull i mixed it up alittle and added 7 gallons of 100 octane unleaded and the rest 91, wouldnt that have made a difference when it comes to knock? also i am launching with anti-lag for some stupid reason and i launched on 24 psi of boost which my clutch did not like much but it held on. Can any one direct me in the right direction as i am new to tuning and would like to figure this out as i have a date with the 1/8th mile drag strip on thursday...

Ive also noticed it keeps going back and forth between Open Loop and CLosed loop...
