It was a 3rd and fourth gear pull, but I had to stop when someone cut in front of me on my way to top of 4th.

Should I include any other readings that would be helpful?

ACT 2600, K&N filter with no airbox, removed emissions lines, blocked EGR, Greddy Type-S and valve cover breather filter, stock boost and upgraded FP(Previous owner told me, but not confirmed)

Looks like I have to finally stop being lazy and do my FP rewire and get lifters replaced. I am hoping that tames my knock problem. The knock went up to 35 last night around 7:00 on a short 3rd gear pull.

Any pointers or suggestions?

Yeah, that's some horrible knock, which is giving you very little timing advance. You need to clear up the knock issue.

Step 1 - FP rewire
Step 2 - Replace lifters
Step 3 - Replace Knock sensor (if knock still showing up)

holy crap man everything about that log tells me your running hella lean. With that much knock,shitty timing advance and super low 02 volts. I could be wrong but everything I know to look for is being shown in your logs. seems like the best thing like you said would be to rewire your FP and change your Fuel filter.

Yeah, It has to be running lean. Everything in the logs is pointing to that. I am glad the car lasted this long until I could see that datalogger showed some problems.

It is 10 PSI boost and still on 14B.

Wow, that's not much boost at all on the 14B; you should not be running that lean. I would say your fuel pump could be on it's last leg. I wouldn't even bother re-wiring it, just upgrade it to a walbro or something bigger. Also don't go replacing your knock sensor just yet. It could be fine and just doing it's job reporting a lot of knock because you are lean. I would go with a new fuel pump and log again.

yeah fuel pump is going bad, or your filter may be clogged a bit. You are lean running lean. You need to get better fuel flow, I thought you had a MBC and had it cranked up with those numbers, then i read you were only at 10 psi. There's no way you should be running those counts with stock fuel system at only 10psi. Get a 190 pump first like the dude above me mentioned. See if that helps. Dump in some injector cleaner to your fuel. Wouldn't hurt to change the fuel filter either. Get back to us on it...something isn't right.
