1st gear pops out of gear. Where can I find a good transmission shop in NoVA?

My first gear pops out, forcing me to hold it in gear. Looks like I need to get some transmission work done. Any recommedation on a good transmission shop in NoVA. Don't want to take it to any run of the mill shop.

I don't know of any shops in the area that are familiar with the DSM trans, and I wouldn't trust a trans at a shop anyway. If interested, PM me and I can put you in touch with a guy who works on just DSM trannies.
