Ok trying to get some opinions as to what may be the problem with this 90awd i bought. I bought the car and was told that 1st and 2nd gear went out. The car is not running right now. What I did was i removed the plugs and used a breaker bar to turn the crank while putting the trans in each gear. When I put it in 1st it feels like there is nothing there. Meaning I dont feel any kind of engagement feedback from the shifter. Turning the crank the car will not move.
I can feel it engage 2nd gear and the car will move with the turn of the crank and same goes for 3-4-5. Im getting ready to try reverse to see if it engages and moves.
Could this me something as simple as the 1-2 fork?

. The guy who had this must have been a dumbass. He told me that he broke 1st and 2nd. Well I just went back out there to check it out and come to find out they only had 1 bolt in the bracket that holds the shift cables. And this allowed the bracket to drop down so the cable didnt pull the lever far enough
