Hello;
I am a newbie here, however I have been designing and building steet cars for nearly 25 years; mostly Corvettes and Oldsmobiles.
This seems to be the only place I can post.
Below is a link which is just a quick photochop rendering of a design I am considering for my wife.
I would sincerely appreciate constructive criticism from the esteemed members of this community.
Thanks for your time.

Yah I do like that kit. I thought the Veilside kit was a bit "different"... :D F&F :D

I voted no, Im mostly into keeping the exterior of the car how it came from the factory (except rims lowering ect.) but severly altering the appearance of a vehicle and adding alot of weight and spending alot of money on something such as a body kit that most likely will not last and will develope stress cracks ect.. just isn't my type but i must say if you really like it than by all means go with it because it is your car no one elses.

If it was 2000, when the ricer scene exploded nation wide, eh... It'd be the thing to do.

Oddly enough, the current car fashion is OEM. Most of the newer tuners are keeping most of it stock, mainly because they are gorgeous as is. I think the rear end of the concept Eclipse is the best part about it. I'm not a big candy purple paint lover, personally... Maybe a metalic black with a blue pearl clear would look *drool* on it. The wheels seem a bit tacky, IMO, but since it is YOUR concept car, you're entitled to your own opinion.

G'luck on your build.

Howie~

I think that, in stock form, the 2g already looks good. Its appearance is strong and very smooth. I think that the only thing that I would change is, MAYBE, the hood, lower it and slap on some new shoes. Not too flashy, dont want your wheels to out do the car. Its already a beautiful car, no reason to over indulge.

Most girls will do nothing, but destroy a body kit and very quickly. That car looks as if it was on pimp my ride. I would just lower it keep it stock since a stock bumper has alot more give that a fiberglass bodykit. I've seen some pink cars that don't look bad, but that is a bit much. Rims will get curbed and are gonna make that car slow as well. Maybe look into the 99 Gsx wheels. I wouldn't stay much from stock. Like a said girls will curb and bend rims quick and bodykit will be cracked.

TOTALLY agree on this one.. I vote no. Mostly BECAUSE its for a girl. (not to be sexist LOL). I dont like either of the body kits or the colors but i do however like the rims on the pink blitz style car. IMO you should lower it and have those wheels and a nice solid looking color like a sunshine yellow (for a girl) and a nice front mount haha LOL. But thats just one mans opinion. In the end its her that will drive it, not me.
