1G Tail lights

Does anyone know if 1G eclipse tailights will fit on a 90 Laser?

Yep. They will bolt on np. Some minor re-wiring may be required though.

all 89-91 model lights are the same.

all 90-91 tails are the same, and they are also the same as 92-94 eclipse tails. only difference being the lines in lights and depending what car you are switching from, you may need to pull your wiring out of the old tails and stick them in the new ones because plugs change from model to model/year to year

92-94 laser tails will not fit on a 90-94 eclipse or 90-91 laser/talon without the 92-94 laser bumper. That strip along the bottom is lower then on the 90-91s

What year Eclipse are you talking about? The 90-91 lights will swap over directly. The 92-94 ones will fit but the turn signals are integrated with the brake lights. Is there a separate socket for the turn signal in the 92-94 lights?

Which is why on some cars, during the swap you have to switch the wiring harness on the lights. It basically just hanging on the back of the lights and switches over easily.

ok i have somewhat the same problem im looking for some nice looking aftermarket tail lights but all ive found so sfar is ones for the eclipse and i have a 93 talon so does anyone know where to find talon tail lights

There are no aftermarket tails for 92-94 (1gb) talons. If you want an aftermarket look, you could get nite shades paint and paint the lights black.

Other wise you would have to get an eclipse rear bumper cover and the aftermarket eclipse lights

Will the 90-91 laser tail lights fit a 92 laser.
I hate the way the tail lights look on my 92 laser, and the older ones look better to me.
I mean the 1gb talons body styling is by far the sexiest out of the three but Id
rather not be a ricer and keep it authentic even though doing a talon conversion crossed my mind. Therefore to stay authentic i will keep laser parts on it, but want the older style laser tail lights...
Just need to know if they fit without changing bumpers or anything.

For example this is what I had in mind for my lasers rear end look.
( But i am painting my car black .)

90-91 tails will not fit a 92-94. The side bottom corner of the tail light is different and won't fit the bumper. 1 has a curve here and the other have a pointy edge don't remeber which one has what right now but I tried it on my car and they won't fit. You have to use the bumper also.

So from what your saying I will need the bumper, and the tail lights and the center piece to the 91-92 laser to do this... Besides a junkyard does anyone know the best place I can get all of these pieces for no more than a 100 total>?
The sellers on ebay only sell one tail light piece at a time instead of the whole thing.
