1G GSX 5SPD Question

Hey. I'm thinking about coming back to DSM and leaving Acura.. I used to have a 95 GST AT, but I sold it. Now I'm interested in this 1993 1G GSX 5spd. 60k miles. 60k tune up done. New rotors, belts, clutch. The whole works. All this for $4000. Does this sound like a good deal? If I get this, I would have an extra $4000 to mod the car. I could make it pretty fast, couldn't I?

doesnt sound like too bad of a deal... you could find a better price than that, but i bought my car for more htan i should have, and i dont regret it. you get what you pay for . an extra $4000 in mods on top of a clean 1g should put you ahead of any acura out there good luck

yeah, some guy i read earlier in the thread has a 58k 1g for only $1800 something? amazing.... well i guess ill keep searching then.

The body was pretty rough tho...........hence the $1800. Whats the body like on that car??? $4000 for a 1g AWD with 60k miles??? Thats a damn good deal aslong as the body is good. Im assuming it has some paint fade on it or something of that sort. There was a 91 around hear with 48k on it. One owner, garage kept, fully loaded, mint condition. Tried like hell to get it. Needless to say it wasnt there very long I wasnt to happy. Anyway, I researched it and it booked for $6400

Clean DSM's are becoming RARE so it might be worth it to throw some extra dollars into it to get a good, CLEAN, well maintained DSM. On top of that all the maintenance was just done. Sometimes that extra few hundred bucks is worth the peace of mind. Just my .02....ohh yeah, welcome back.
