1g exhaust on front bumper

im going to start working on a custom project to re route the exhaust out the front bumper on the passengers side and i figured i would just post it on here so you guys could see how i do it. this post is prob going to be up for a while because i gotta save up some money to by exhaust piping and rap and some other things but here is a couple rendering photos just to give you an idea of what im going for and its not the final rendering, just a rough draft.

yea but im going to buy some after market headers and the engine is getting some new cams(272/272) and i wasnt sure about this but maybe put a tip on the exhaust coming out of the front bumper or maybe a test pipe to give it a deeper tone and not so raspy since the exhaust will be so short

my plans have changed for the car. Its getting completely rebuilt and its going to have a turbo evo 3 16g setup. ill post pictures of my progress when I get a chance, but my laptop is down so ill try my best.

I thinking about coming out of the o2 housing and making a 2.5" or 3" pipe to a twin loop exhaust then going out the passenger side of the front bumper.

or go 3" exhaust from the o2 housing to a 4" n1 style exhaust tip out the front bumper.

not completely sure yet on my plans but I do want a front exit exhaust 100% sure of that. post what you guys think and ill try and stay in touch

Have seen few with exhaust on driver's side. So far this is the only one on passenger side.
Won't the intake stuff be in the way, especially on a turbo car?

if your putting a muffler that's definitely the way to go, cops/emissions wouldn't appreciate this get up around here.. I'd probably put an electric dump in before the cat. then you can have quiet and obnoxious at a buttons push.

It seems to go under everything, alot lower than i was thinking. Are you having any problems with plastic warping from heat around where the pipe comes through the bumper?

That is not going to sound pretty on an NT, cammed or otherwise. Envision putting a trumpet to your butthole and let 'er rip, thats what this is accomplishing.

my plans have changed and if you would of read all the post you would know im not going to be running a n/t setup.. I have a few designs drawn up, and they are all cheap so im probably going to build at least two different styles, one is gonna be straight pipe, and the other is either gonna be with a test pipe and a 4" tip or a twin loop exhaust.
