1g ecu capacitor at c16

I am trying to identify the capacitor at I belive is at location C16. I have looked at this post 89-94 Capacitor Replacement and it is located on right edge of the board between the rom chip and the small surface mount cap which looks to be C15. So I am guessing the location is C16 for the cap I'm looking for since the location is unable to be read on the picture.

I am actually working on a md144743 ECU, but the 1G uses the same capacitors.
