will this fit my t25 http://www.punishment-racing.com/punishment-racing-fmic-kit-1995-99-eclipse-talon/or for complete piping from stock turbo to throttle body for a little more, with a flange that will fit 1g bov or aftermarket bov:

Not directly. You need a U pipe to connect to a T25/T28. There are a few companies that make a FMIC for stock setup, although you may actually lose a little power using a FMIC with a T25. Save the FMIC for when you upgrade turbo, then figure out what kit to get for that turbo. A hard upper pipe can be a good investment as you can use it down the line with a universal FM kit. That's what I did, but only because most FM kits need modification to fit automatics.
So should I just get hard piping that connects to the stock side mount ?Not directly. You need a U pipe to connect to a T25/T28.
