I have 3 91-93 Federal MD166255 NA ECU's left over from when I was repairing them. They have had the capacitors replaced and any issues repaired. They were pretty clean to begin with and still are as shown below.

I'm offering each as "as is" but they were tested on the bench and in the car before going on the shelf.
