1998 Gst will not go into reverse ?

I Just rebuilt my 7 bolt engine and replaced my clutch and flywheel with exedy stage 2 and fidanza flywheel.
I first started the car and it ran fine 1st thru 5th no grinds the tranny never made any noises and it still don't grind but its like reverse just isn't there/blocked.

Its not hitting my j pipe and the pedal is firm.I bled it several times could the wrong gear/tranny oil cause this ?

Its the shifter cable I had the same problem the one closest to the driver side under the center consol needs adjusted!
