Yes sir there is! Going from a N/A 05 Legacy to this is night and day!

The best word of advice that anybody can give you is maintenance before mods. Definitely look into getting all of the maintenance items refreshed before doing any sort of modifications such as timing belt, water pump, drivetrain fluids, etc. Stick to OEM parts where possible as most aftermarket replacement parts for timing components and such tend to not last (especially timing belt tensioners).

That being said, congrats on the new car! Definitely looks to be a great starting point for a fun car to modify! Just do what you can to avoid driving it in the winter as these cars tend to rust out very badly!
