just fixed a snapped off bolt in my block for the oil pan and resealed the oil filter adapter and sleeved my front lower trans mount !

did a sun strip today with 9 dollar vinyl from amazon , worked out really good

Man, that rot was insane. The Eclipse I had before the one I got now was worse than that. Check your strut towers. If you barely even see any bubbling, fix it asap. I saw a little bit of rust showing through and I thought it was surface rust, but when I started grinding away the paint... let's just say it ended up being 4x worse. Luckily I had a guy that helped me fix it before I needed to replace the whole strut tower.
Nice car, BTW. Keep it clean and simple. Keep it timeless.

it’s got some , had some rot too cut it out and patched it back when i was 16 , would love to cut it out again and redo it and strengthen it , appreciate it brother ! goes along way

snowing here in april now , red fender is on, adjustable rear toe arms are on to account for the insane toe in these cars get when lowered (got it dialed to factory spec as i was out about an inch of toe XD) and got some wheels off marketplace that were blue but i resprayed white!

Just found a motor with JE 8.8:1 comp pistons eagle h beam rods clevite bearings arp head studs and a melling high flow in the junk yard , bought it , more coming soon!

little late on the update but , rebuilt a motor over the winter , re did the interior with a new carpet , did pt lifters rockers arp studs cometic headgasket , gates timing new fuel inj new filter , had to redo the brake lines too much more coming also fixed the rear quarter paint , picked up an incomplete set of clears i’ll hopefully complete soon , greddy catch can i got for free
