Regina,
I have a few problems with my new Laser I just bought...

1.The car runs beautifully, but when I try to bring her to a stop after crusing in fourth gear, she idles extremely low sometimes to a point where she even stalls out.
- I noticed that the MAF was not plugged in when I first bought the car,... I preceded to plug it in with little effect....
- I have also tried to turn the idle and the boost up to solve the problem. I have the car idling at around 1000rpm and the boost set around 10psi. When I bought the car he had the boost set at 6psi. Is that normal for what the car should be running at or have I made a mistake and should reset what I have done?

2.Also, when I brake from a very high speed(around 100-110kph) the car shakes as well as what I have described above... I have not tried anything yet to fix this problem...
- Would the problem exist within the ABS brake system or would it be a tranny/clutch problem?

Any responses would be greatly appreciated as I am new to the DSM world and i am anxious to learn more...

Thanks

Even if your ABS system failed, you should still have good if not better braking power considering our ABS systems blow.

Make sure your timing is correct, once thats squared away adjust the BISS screw and verify timing again.

+1 for ISC (Idle Speed Control motor) and warped rotors. I'd just do the brake upgrade if I were you. (vfaq.com)

I have the cobra calipers and 13.1" rotors on my car. These are dual piston calipers that can apply some serious force and major leverage. You tap on these things and you basically go through the windshield. IMO they're a wicked upgrade for a very fare price.

This is a picture of mine...
