1992 Talon TSI AWD 5 speed
Drive Line:
Jacks Transmission 2.0 ( welded center )
Centerforce Dual Friction clutch
transmission side linkage bushings( solid aluminum)
4 bolt rear ( stock )
Clutch Assembly has Shep Trans brass bushings and Z-arm welded and reinforced with larger pin/bolt setup, master cylinder bracket has nut welded in place to extend threads

Engine:
Head:
BC 272 cams
new timing belt ( 8k miles)
fresh rebuild ( 8 k miles )
1mm oversize valves ( 8k Miles)

Block:
Stock

Accessories:
Saturn 105 amp alt
New waterpump ( 8k miles)
AC installed, but has no heat exchanger

Exhaust:
2.5 inch downpipe
No cat
2.5 inch "CatBack"
Magnaflow muffler
FP exhaust manifold

Turbo:
td06 20g @ 22psi (3000 miles)

Other:
JoeP inline boost controler
Boost gauge
LC1 Wideband and guage
Gauge pod replaces center vents
ECMLink V3 setup for Speed Density ( GM IAT, 4 Bar Map ) Have tunes available for E-85 (Ecmlink has shown consistent 320-340 hp readings on e-85 ), runs like crap on 91
1200cc RC Engineering injectors ( flow like 1100's at 37.5 psi ) <--- reason car runs like crap on 91
2g FPR
3 inch intake pipe and filter
Punishment racing Fmic with 2.5 thick core
Walbro 255 in tank fuel pump
Spare 3g wheels ( 85% life left rear, 20-25% life left fronts )
18 inch wheels on car ( 8000 miles on tires )
new brakes and rotors( 5000 miles )

Downsides:
Paint is fading
it is a dsm
3rd gear scratches after driving and motor gets warm ( will be putting new oil in trans soon and this should go away )
runs like crap on 91 oct( but is daily drivable, as I have been doing so for months 8 months )
due to no cat, and the injectors being so large the car does not like to idle properly,
Car could use a professional tune at some point if left modified, or further modified
I personally do not trust the current knock sensor in the car, I believe there is severe phantom knock due to the larger valves and cams, I have turned the sensor off up to 7200 rpm ( knock sensor reacts identicly to RPM with e-85 and 91 )
Needs new coolant overflow bottle cap, current one is JBwelded back together and works, but it's ugly

Following images taken of an unbathed car at work with my cell phone. if you want better ones taken with a higher quality camera with a real flash just give me a call

fixed car's running problems... ended up being an exhaust leak at the down pipe from o2 housing, caused the car to read lean and try to correct.
