I'm planning on getting a pair of 18x8 rims for my 90 talon. I'm not worried about tires yet because I can't afford any yet but I was just wondering if they would fit with no problem with stock suspension and brakes. thank you

I have 18x7.5 w/ 2.5 to 3 inch drop and it rubs and also when I had my pro kit and KYB setup it rubbed a little when I made hard turns, all the people always saying you could get a 18x8 or 18x8.5 I don't think is driving on the street as a dalily driver (this is for a 1g and I've been dalily driving my 1g for 8 years now) It'll rub on the inside's of the well's (with standable)not the outside of the fenders unless you drob it 3 inches like I have. hope this helps?!.

Being lowered i thought maybe mine would rub, they don't. I'm not sure how much difference there is between the 1 and 2G but i've been reading alot about rubbing issues with 18's on a 1G. I'm running a 225/35/18, bit of a bumpy ride.ROFL
