Right now I have 235/45/17 but would like to have a little more sidewall. Looking to put 15's on my 2G and would like some input on anyone that's actually running them especially autos. Two sizes I have in mind is 225/60/15 and the other is 235/60/15 which would be a 26" tire and is nice because im told that should keep you from shifting in to OD at the track. Anyone have issues with these size tires rubbing or fitting with a certain size break setup? This is on a AWD btw. Pics of this on a 2G would be helpful.

I believe the 2g's have some problems with clearing the 26" tires in the back. It gets touched on here http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/handling-tech/328235-hoosier-qtp-d-o-t-drag-tires.html#post151784360

But here they talk about them working fine with spacers. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/drag-strip/350062-m-t-26-x-8-5-15-awd-2g.html

Here's some info on the brakes you can use with a 15" wheel.

I would think that if you could get the 26" tires to work for you that it would help keep you out of OD. Good luck and hope this helps a little bit.:thumb:
