ok my talon is stock except for a K&N air filter an a MBC...the car doesnt reach full boost till about 3500 i have it turned up to 16psi...now havent driven the car cause i dont have the car insured cause iam still unimployed here in Ocala 
also should be noted that the turbo is whining at full boost...
I changed the tranny fluid an noticed 2 leaks in my downpipe first the right at the front of the flex pipe is broken an where the end of the dp bolts up the rest of the exhaust is another leak(their an black stains on the pipes)....but i dont know if this would hurt power?
even rolling in second at 2200 it still doesnt spool till after 2500 an full boost at 3500.
