I'm wondering what is the most boost i will be able to run on a daily basis on 94 octane with the following setup. Some of the parts I have already installed and the rest are being installed next weekend. I was aiming for around 20 - 21psi. Please take a look and help me out!

dn performance exh. manifold, 2.5" tubular o2 housing, downpipe, testpipe, catback exh., DSMotorsports FMIC Kit, 3" Intake Pipe, Walboro 255LPH Fuel Pump, Aeromotive AFPR, Apexi S-AFC, HKS SSQV BOV, Blitz SBC-IDIII boost controller, HKS TurboTimer, Autometer Boost & A/F gauges, K&N Filter, & hacked MAF

I'm still on the stock 450cc injectors & the 14b


Let me know what you guys think!!!
 
Go with some bigger injectors..they aren't even very expensive and really easy to install.

You really need some sort of data logger too.
 
i'm running 16psi daily with no problem with similar setup. i have 450's. i have the stock ic. i have a tubular manifold so the turbo dosen't heat up like a stock manni would.
