1@2nd good 3 4 5 issues

I have a 90 plymouth lasor and it has the NA 4g63 motor with the higher compression and is I am currently running a 14b with ported o2/exhaust/intake/MBC and my issue being is that the car pulls great for first and second but when I hit third and the gear is streched out it feels like it is pulling timing at about 4k? Also the car was originally turbo so it has the injector resistors and everything required for my setup. Any ideas on this?

What boost you running and have you checked the car for leaks excess gas/oil burning etc...

Well I have the ball and spring MBC and I currently have it T'd off the BOV line and It spikes to 14 at WOT and drops to 11lb. did a leak test and cant find any leaks in the system. Its not burning black smoke or anything?
