02 housing -turbo!

hey guys there four bolts that connect the 02 housing to the turbo, i cant fit one bolt it, cus the 02 housing is in the way, you think 3 bolts real tight would be ok????? just thinking if all else fails finding a bolt to put in there!

Theres supposed to be a stud in the turbine housing that you put a nut on for that spot.

no i dont have the stock turbo. i got the t04b from bullseye! the stud came off the t25!

Well if you still cant put a bolt in there because the o2 housing is in the way... then you still need a stud.

I just noticed today that Ive been driving my car for who knows how long without that nut on the stud there... only the 3 bolts. I didnt have any leaks... wouldnt recomend it though.

go to home depot and find the same bolt [ i think its 10 x 1.25 ] and cut off the head. and there you go.. you have your stud. just use a dremel and grind away some threads in the middle for the "stud" effect. use locktite

Uhhh, my god thats ghetto. Take the bolt to a local nut-nbolt place (look in the phonebook, theres always one) and tell them you want a stud in that size.
