If I have power on all 4 wires on the TPS sensor with the ECMLink and when I put the stock ECU I have ground on the black top wire on my 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX swap 6 bolt engine.

What could be my problem?

Thank you for helping me out. Im too new at this dsm cars I appreciated for all guys help
No worries! You are in the right place, though. I'm fairly new to them myself but these forums alone have many, many years of posts and info to look through. I don't think its possible to have an issue with these cars that someone else hasn't had and fixed already, the most challenging part can be knowing what to search for.

You shouldn't have "power" on all 4 wires to the TPS. Without knowing what voltages you are seeing it's hard to say what's going on. As you have noted at least one wire is the sensor ground that comes from the ECU.

The 91-99 TPS are wired like this:

1 - Green/Yellow (+5v Sensor Power)
2 - Brown/Red (TPS output voltage)
3 - Yellow/Red (IPS switch) (NC on 1G TPS)
4 - Black (Ground)

The simplest way I can imagine you would see voltage on all 4 pins is if the ECU sensor ground was blown.
