- I’ve been working on vehicles with the Sirius engines in them since I was 12. The eclipse is such an iconic vehicle, and I know my way around Chrysler’s after owning a few Intrepids. I naturally fell in love with DSMs for their history. This is my first real opportunity for a resto/build on my own. The exhaust has already been messed with in some way, no idea what’s up yet. Looks like I’ve got some surface rust, but it’s an East coast vehicle and was located near the waterfront. Radio is basically dead so that’s my first “mod” to the car.
Desperately needs balance/alignment. There’s a decent speed wobble around 55+
Basic plan is turbo prep, then throwing boost on it, figuring out what’s up with the exhaust, and probably bags. I know they’re ricey, but I like that they give the look of coilovers but I can air up to clear speed bumps and driveways.
