- Background
- This car belonged to my oldest brother. He’s 11 years older than me and when I was young this car was so awesome to me. How quick it was compared to everything I was used to got me hooked. Unfortunately my brother parked it away to start the process of repainting the car and it never happened. The car sat on jackstands in my uncle’s garage for about 13 years before he gave it to me. I spent the last 3 years going over the car and fixing her up. A lot of things needed work and replacing but luckily my brother had the engine rebuilt shortly before it was parked. It’s been a challenge for me, a big learning curve but I really love this car and the sentimental value of it makes it special to me.
