Gosh that is ugly. I've seen a few like that and always wondered how they would get that dirty and still be "repaired". However I've been around the block a few times with this poster and I don't think there is much I can add that I haven't before.-
Goes to atmosphere? It doesn't connect to anywhere on inlet to the turbo?

The pcv goes to intake like stock and the other one goes to atmosphere

Where do both of these lines connect to? You must be registered to see element.Can you remove the check valve on the blue line and make sure it only blows out and not back in?

@steve might be able to see something on that board, but it's definitely a suspect imo.I think the tale tale sign here is the issue disappears with another ecu. Unless you have an intermittent broken wire, what else are you touching when...-

Crankcase pressure. Pretty much the only reason.

I assume you swapped pins 6 & 14 on the ecu harness for the 90-91 conversion. Do you see the check engine light for a few seconds after turning on the ignition? Have you checked out the capacitors and board on the 91 ecu for leaking and...
Show us some pics of the ECU boards; this MPI clicking stuff sounds a lot like erratic behavior with leaking power filter capacitors. If your car has been working great on a 91 ECU for a while till recently, I'd start there.I'll let others...-

High crankcase pressure is still a real possibility. Lots of excellent recommendations in this thread already so I won't beat that horse. It's up to you to follow through the suggested procedures. If you have questions we're here to help.
- Pretty sure it’s the 95/96 CAS. I ordered the cable to run DSMLink and see what settings it is on.The car will run rough with a stock ECU in it, I’ll swap the injectors to the 450cc ones I have and make everything as stock as I can
