Is it hard to work on a DSM at all?
I am getting myself an Air Compressor with an impact and rachet tool so i can work on my car, are DSM's hard to work on at all?
My buddy own a 95 CIVIC and he swapped a JDM engine in, he did it all without any problems and i helped ,we had minimal tools also, and the configuration of honda engines are the same as ours so i'm guessing it isn't that hard.
Oh need to get a torque wrench too.
Does anyone know what size threads do our engines/tranny mostly use? the range i mean.
Thanks

. There is a technique to it which you will have to learn. Most of the bolts i see have a thread of 1.25 at least thats what i noticed when i broke a bolt off the heat shield.. and the bolt i broke from 02 housing to turbo.. opps! Overall though, its not hard at all to work on once you get the bolts out.
