Just updating my progress. Lol. Started little slow after I pulled the engine figuring out what to do. Got donor car for engine trans and other parts which turned out to be a waste except for clean strut tower mounts. Engine wasn’t what it was suppose to be missing all kinds of stuff ugh. (Fail). So after debating on what to do I tore down donor car engine. Bore had less wear than my original engine so I shipped it off to machine shop with my original head and original crank. Ferrea ss valves new seals. Guids was perfect. Decked head. Standard size valves. Block was decked, bored .20 over, torque plate used. Line honed. Balance shaft delete bearings flipped. Parts was a toss up. I looked and looked for weeks debating on what I wanted to go with. Ended up going with wiesco 1400hd pistons. Boostline rods. I couldn’t find much info on them but they look and feel like Quality. So I guess we’ll see. Acl race bearings. Mitsubishi mls head gasket. Arp head studs and mains. ARP 2000 on rods. Torque stretched. Oem gaskets. Hx35 bep housing with o2 housing wastegate. Bc280 cams. Just sent ecu out to ecmlink. Waiting on oil pump to finish assembling engine. Just figured I’d slap this down real fast. Oo. Everything Front and rear suspension Wise is brand new. New axles all the way around. Brand new bearings rotors brakes and calipers all the way around. Have brand new carrier bearings ready to be installed. Just being little lazy waiting on engine parts haha. Thanks for checking out my build. “I’ll be back”.
