1. I love that car so much I still can't believe I sold it so it can stay, until the new one surpases it.

Personally I think everyone should bring there own stuff to the meet cause then u have to make sure who paid who didn't yadada and then someone doesn't make it and they want there 3 bucks back so ya everyone should bring there own in my opionion, and plus I aint going to go and buy two hotdogs I will buy a pack and be more than happy enough to share!

anyone from wisco have an extra driverside fender or front bumper for a 98+ eclipse/talon. i got mad side swiped from a bi*** changing lanes.

I have a friend that needed a new fender and hood from hitting a deer. He got a fender and hood off ebay for about $300 that were even painted the same color as his car so it worked out really nicely. I am guessing ebay is going to be ## best bet.

ive looked but they wont get here soon enough. i cant drive the car until i have a bumper. i might have to just send it into a body shop and have them get the parts, but id rahter get a bumper so i can atleast drive it.

Ya I think we can all bring up our own food/drink becuase that makes it easier for people to know whats going on. people usually bring extras too so it should be legit. Im looking forward to meeting you all.

PS - Im bringing nametags and a sharpie so we can all write our username/name/car on them haha.

AWESOME IDEA. That will be sweet otherwise we will be asking the same questions to everyone, "Who are you and whats your name on tuners and what do you drive?"

If there is some people that dont want to drive back home that same night (If you live far away), I am willing to open my doors to visitors. Either that or we could get a hotel or something if you feel like spending the extra money.

I dont care but by then I will be moved into my new house in Stevens Point. Which will work out better because thats where we will end up after the cruise from rapids to point. So if anyone else needs a place to stay and does not want to spend money on a hotel, just PM me or email me - [email protected]

Does anyone have any ideas of other activities we can do. Right now this is whats planned:

DSM -meet starts at about 6pm in Wisconsin Rapids at Mobile Link.
Then there will be a sound of that starts probably about 6:30-7pm.
This will also be a time to eat if you already haven't and also a time to check out other's rides.
Then later at about 9-9:30 or so, we leave for the cruise to Stevens Point.
Then in point we meet up with other car-type people, and BS or whatever.

Any other ideas???

if i have my 92 talon tsi ready by then ill be there it needs a new clutch and tranny anyways

What kind of track? Drag, Autocross? I personally like auto-cross and road course way more than drag racing. There is an event the following sunday at Timber-Rattler Stadium in Appleton (Auto-cross event). See www.fvscc.com for more info on this event. I will be more than likely attending this event if anyone would care to join me. Its lots of fun!!!

maybe i'll join ya if the GLH is running by then. those parking lot autoX's are kinda boring though if you ask me.

the meet looks like it will be a great time. and the RRTL will be too! look for a thread dedicated to just the RRTL to start in the next few weeks, and i suggest andy you start a thread dedicated to the june 17th meet as well, sometime around the 1st of June. with all the info there, becuase this thread is sooo long, it's hard to weed through and find all the info.

ps... doubtful you'll be moved by then. however, it would be a great way to get all these people to help you move... have a DSM moving party on the weekend you move! 20+ people to help you move... not a bad idea really...

Maybee someone can bring a football or something and we can get a game going. Im sure we will all just socialize though, which is all good.
