Guys Im having a problem here.. Im either stupiud or dumb LOL

do the wiper arms have splines like the motor things? or just a weaker metal ?

I cant seem to get the wipers to work like they are suppose to. Any advice how to make this go easieer?

if the wiper arms have splines they might be warn and need new ones?

Tried my buddies cant seem to get it working properly LOL.

it just spins on its self like its all strip , the pivot is spining on its self and the wiper arm isnt moving.

the wiper arms themselves have softer metal and allow the metal to chew into the splines on the wiper linkage. yours might be so worn that they don't grab any more causing the wipers to work intermittently or not at all.

yep but came off a 1990 talon? can my pivot splines be so worn out also ?

or would u check motor first?

I have to tighten the nut everytime i want the wiper to work for a bit...5 mins?

then it stops have to get out of the car and tighten the nut again

also his wiper had his own splines in already no?

why does the bolt keep coming loose?
