my power window switches have all stopped working in the past month or 2 and i dont know why. first the driver's switch for the drivers side window went out, then the driver's switch for the passenger side window went out, and then just today the passenger switch went out. i dont kno wats goin on.. can anyone help with that?

also, i tried taking off the door panel and reconnecting the wiring plugs that connect to the switches. after failure, i tried to put the panel back on but i dont know how >_< i thought itd be easier but i cant get the window trim back into the little slot. can someone please describe how to get it back in? LOL sorry.

thanks in advance

did you ever think about checkin the fuses LOL i alwayz for get that n thats usually the problem if thats not it get a multimeter n check got voltage n resistance in the circuit and connectors and the switch its self it its not a short and for the door its easier with the window down kuz its easier to get it in the slots

thanks for the info, but how do u get the windows down if the power windows dont work anymore?

nevermind, i took it apart and there was black debri build up in the switches, so i just scraped it off and they work again. thanks anyways. oh and the door panel went on pretty easy after i took off that little triangular piece on the inside paralell to the side mirror. :)
