2G window gap - found a broken clip in the door

My window rolls up fine but its a little loose. when I close it the glass is on top of the rubber trim... I have to hold the top of the window when I close it so it slides under the trim.

I took the door panel off and was looking for things that might cause it...

I found a white clip of some sort broken at the bottom of the door.

Would this be the culprit and where does it go? Does anybody have a door diagram?

I attached an elite 3d drawing I did in paint that shows what the clip looks like
