Will wideband help me pass inspection?

Alright, I have failed inspection for the sole reason that my check engine light is on. That is funny in itself because I live in NJ where there is emission testing but since I'm awd they didnt even use a sniffer or look to see if I have a cat which i dont . Alright well my cel is thrown for a p0141 which is the rear o2 sensor heat circuit. So my question is if I install my zeitronix wideband o2 that I just recieved in place of the second o2 and it sends the fake narrow band signal to the ecu will my check engine light be off? I think it would work but maybe I'm wrong.

Just do the 2g rear o2 eliminator mod. That will make the computer get tricked into thinking the o2 sensor is working fine.
