General will a 98/99 ecu work in a 95

Will a 98/99 ecu interchange into my 95 gst or will I have to change the pin setup? Or would it be better to change to a evo8 ecu? I just want a ecu that I can flash.

95 has the CAS under the cam pulley... You can plug in the 98/99 and it will work but you will have to either swap a couple of pins or change your plug wires for it to fire and run correctly. The better option in either case (98/99 or EVO) would be to swap over to the 98/99 CAS, that's what I did and I have ran both the evo8 and 98/99 eclipse ECU.
