Wierd Idle

my idle is around 1000-1500, ive checked vacuum lines no leaks, brand new pcv valve, the idle is turned all the way down on the tb. is there anything else that can cause this? also i have crower stage 2s, when the car idled right which was around 600 it would pull around 12-10 psi vacuum on idle, now its like 16-20, all help is greatly appreciated

sounds like your isc is dying. My car idled around 2000rpm's before my isc died. after that it would not run at all.

I would search for isc or look at the vfaq on how to check it.
